At this time I am only offering virtual services. I am licensed to offer services in CT, MA, NH, ME, and VT.

You will be provided a link to join the session on a HIPAA compatible platform. Right before the session time you are asked to join the session using the link.

For Telehealth you will need a device with a camera and microphone. As well as joining the session from a private space where you will not expect to be disturbed for the duration of the session.

At this time I am not offering in-person sessions. There is a possibility of them being offered in the future.

My current rate is $200, for a clinical session which is 50 minutes. I am not paneled with any insurance through my practice but can provide superbills if you want to use out-of-network benefits for sessions.

An initial appointment is a space to establish our working relationship, I will gather information from you in regards to what your long-term goals are and review some ways I can help you with these.

Owing to many variable factors there is no set time for how long therapy will take. Throughout the process I will be regularly checking in with you on your goals and where we are in terms of achieving them.
